There are times when you feel so stuck or lost or down and you just can’t see a way out. You want to be in charge of your own future but you get caught up in worrying about other people and responsibilities. You want to become more successful but struggle with the guilt.
The stress of feeing like you are not living life to the full in the here and now is a big worry. You would love to be calmer and more content. Maybe you feel out of shape and would love to just be comfortable in your own skin. You fill your life with busyness and mindless television whilst you aimlessly scroll through Facebook feeds looking for something – anything – to show you the way. I know, I totally get it, I’ve been there too – it can be so frustrating and demoralising. The urge to run away can be so strong sometimes! All you want is some time and space in your head for yourself.
I provide a mini-retreat haven where women can find calm comfort, safe space to reflect and inspiration to change.
By leaving the day-to-day frustrations and obligations behind, you can reconnect with your dreams and take back control of your health and wellbeing.
By the end of the half day workshops you will leave feeling refreshed and reinvigorated, with a clear map, ready to take charge of your life and future successes.
Session 1: Reconnect with your authentic life in a four hour guided session to help you clarify your most important goals, work out what may be blocking your progress and identify your own inner resources to take you forward to living your best life.
Session 2: A three hour guided session to help you learn how to de-clutter and de-stress your life with calming techniques and life mapping. To achieve goals and maintain our wellbeing we need to take time for ourselves, to understand our priorities and have a method that helps us keep perspective and balance.
Session 3: A three hour session to teach you all you need to know about healthy eating without dieting and depriving yourself of foods you enjoy.
Session 4: A three hour session to introduce the various forms of exercise from cardio to strength training. This session will show you how to create a fitness programme that fits around your life and keeps you excited about exercise.
